Report damage through the Property Appraiser site. Search by owner name or street address, then click Report Damage under Owner Information on your parcel page. Use abbreviations like Dr, St and Blvd when searching by address.

Santa Rosa storm repair permits (Building Inspections)
You can tarp a roof or board up openings right away. Permanent roof, structural, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing repairs may need a permit and inspection; the emergency does not waive permits. Email srcpermits@santarosa.fl.gov before starting permanent repairs. Licensed electricians registered with the county can file priority 'Work With' permits online to get power reconnected.
